IT Coordinator

The IT Executive/Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s IT systems, providing technical support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. This role involves troubleshooting, implementing IT solutions, and coordinating with team members to meet business needs. Key Responsibilities: Provide on-site and remote support for hardware, software, and network issues. Diagnose and resolve technical problems promptly to minimize disruptions Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and devices. Ensure network connectivity and security by managing firewalls, routers, and switches. Install, configure, and update hardware (computers, printers, peripherals) and software applications. Manage IT inventory and ensure the timely procurement of required equipment. Perform regular data backups and ensure data recovery processes are in place. Implement cybersecurity measures to protect organizational data. Maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and processes. Install and configure CCTV systems, including cameras, monitors, and recording devices. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 2 to 4 years of experience in IT support/Technical Support . Proficiency in Windows, Linux and MS Office. Familiarity with networking protocols, hardware, and software troubleshooting. Experience with cloud platforms and IT management tools.
