**Job Summary:**
We are looking for an IT Business Analyst with 2–3 years of experience to analyze business processes and support IT project implementation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Gather and document business requirements and technical needs.- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope.- Create workflow diagrams, BRDs, and use case documentation.- Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions.- Assist in testing and quality assurance activities.- Ensure solutions align with business goals and IT standards.
**Requirements:**
- 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.- Strong analytical and documentation skills.- Proficiency in tools like MS Visio, JIRA, or Confluence.- Understanding of software development lifecycle.- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
