Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Administrator with 6M to 1 years of hands-on experience to manage and maintain our company’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in basic networking, troubleshooting, and hardware/software management. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and servers (LAN/WAN). Install, configure, and update hardware and software (desktops, laptops, printers, etc.). Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control. Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues. Maintain and troubleshoot office internet connections, Wi-Fi, and firewalls. Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, replacements, and service calls. Ensure data backup and security compliance across all devices. Maintain IT inventory and update documentation regularly. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. 6Months to 1 years of experience as an IT Administrator, IT Support, or similar role. Strong understanding of Windows/Linux OS, MS Office Suite, and remote desktop tools. Basic knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN).
