Additionally, hands-on experience in preparing prototypes, managing mechanical labs and equipment, designing fixtures, and conducting electromechanical product testing is essential. You should have a solid understanding of DVT tasks, DFMEA, DFR, MS Office tools, plastics, sheet metal, casting part design, cable assemblies, and manufacturing processes. Proficiency in SolidWorks, EPDM, and exposure to CAE tools are valuable assets for this role.
