Service Manager (Solar Industry)

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of solar project service operations in the solar industry, located in Surat, Gujarat. Your main duties will include managing preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure equipment uptime and performance. It is crucial for you to have a strong understanding of solar technology, particularly photovoltaic (PV) systems, inverters, and other related equipment. You will be expected to diagnose and resolve technical issues such as electrical faults, underperformance, and equipment failures. Managing relationships with service providers and equipment suppliers is also a key aspect of this role to ensure the quality of service and adherence to contractual obligations. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in the solar/renewable energy industry with a focus on service, operation, and maintenance. A degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or Power Electronics is required for this position.
