Position : Manager (Solar EPC) Location : Surat, Gujarat Company : Vardhan solar Job Description : Encompasses the management of all aspects of solar power projects, from initial design to commissioning and ongoing operation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Responsible for overseeing the entire EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) lifecycle of solar projects. Develop and manage project timelines, resource allocation, and critical path analysis. Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective resource utilization. Lead and motivate project teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors. Identify and mitigate project risks, potential delays, and cost overruns. Manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and services, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness. Oversee construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and project specifications. Manage the commissioning of the solar power plant, ensuring it meets performance standards. Provide technical guidance and support to the project team and contractors. Skills Required: Project Management Skills: Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management. Technical Expertise: Knowledge of solar power technology, design principles, and construction practices. Communication & Leadership Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve technical and project-related issues. Experience: Typically requires 5-15 years of experience in the solar EPC industry.
