Deputy Manager - Asset Commissioning

You should have a deep knowledge of commissioning String & Central Inverters, Modules, Robots & Trackers, and possess an understanding of applicable testing standards for these areas. It is important to ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with approved commissioning SOP, schematic drawings, project specifications, and relevant standards. Review specifications and drawings to recommend engineering or manufacturing changes to achieve solar design objectives. Your responsibilities will include documenting all checklists, test reports, and providing monthly MIS. Coordinate with OEMs and vendors to resolve technical issues, as well as with PGCIL/NRLDC for data validation. Ensure smooth and timely commissioning of projects by coordinating with all stakeholders involved. Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for commissioning activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new renewable energy assets into existing operations. Provide technical direction or support to installation teams during installation, start-up, testing, system commissioning, or performance monitoring. Keep a close track of commissioning activities on a daily basis and ensure adherence to safety protocols while promoting a culture of safety within the commissioning team.
