Role Overview

We seek a dynamic and empathetic Student Advisor

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalised guidance to students on study abroad options, course selection, and career outcomes
• Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions via Zoom or in person
• Manage application processes, including documentation, follow-ups, and SOP reviews
• Stay updated with international education trends, visa requirements, and university partnerships
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and follow-ups using CRM tools
• Liaise with university representatives to support student admissions

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education, Management, or International Relations preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience in study abroad counselling, edtech, or student support (freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills
• Ability to handle multiple student profiles and timelines
• Passion for helping others, especially international students
