What You’ll Do

• Manage export operations from deal finalization to shipment delivery
• Prepare and review

  PIs, sales contracts, commercial invoices, packing lists, BLs, and other shipping docs

• Coordinate with

  freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistics partners

  to book containers, monitor schedules, and track ETAs
• Ensure timely documentation flow and liaise with buyers for

  BL approvals and payment follow-ups

• Maintain shipment and payment trackers, and solve real-time operational challenges
• Drive process improvements as we scale our trading volume

What We’re Looking For

• 1-3 years’ experience in

  export/logistics operations

  , preferably in

  scrap, steel, or commodity exports

• Strong knowledge of

  Incoterms, BL workflows, container tracking, and export documentation

• Well-organized, strong on follow-ups, and calm under pressure
• Tech-savvy with tools like

  Excel, Gmail, CRMs, or trade platforms

• Bonus: Experience handling

  LCs, DP terms, or TT payments
