International Customer Support

As a Customer Support Associate at Terrasparq, you will be part of a dynamic international BPO team, delivering 24/7 voice and non-voice support to U.S.-based enterprise clients. This includes handling technical issues, billing questions, dispatch coordination, and helpdesk ticketing through multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming client queries via phone, email, and live chat
• Troubleshoot basic technical and software issues with provided SOPs
• Handle dispatch logistics, appointment scheduling, and service coordination
• Assist with billing, invoicing, and account-related questions
• Log interactions, escalate complex issues, and ensure SLA compliance
• Maintain data accuracy and professionalism in all communications
• Collaborate closely with the global operations and field support teams

Requirements

• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech, BCA, BBA, BA, or similar)
• Strong communication, listening, and customer empathy skills
• Basic knowledge of IT or technical troubleshooting is a plus
• Comfortable working permanent night shifts (US Time Zone)
• Familiarity with CRMs or ticketing tools is a bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,847.31 per month
