We specialize in delivering cutting-edge digital solutions, AI integrations, custom software development, and scalable web and mobile applications to clients across the globe. Role Overview: We are hiring an ambitious and results-driven International Business Development Manager with a strong background in IT services. This role involves full-cycle business development including lead generation, international client communication, negotiation, and successful project closure. Key Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities in international markets (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.) Generate qualified leads through online platforms, email campaigns, and strategic outreach. Own the end-to-end sales cycle – from lead qualification to deal closure. Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and cost estimates to clients. Conduct effective client communication , handle objections, and close high-value deals. Collaborate with technical teams to understand and communicate technical requirements clearly to clients. Negotiate terms and ensure successful onboarding and handover to project teams. Maintain and exceed monthly/quarterly targets and KPIs. Key Requirements: 3 to 6 years of experience in Business Development in an IT service-based company . Proven track record of successful lead generation and conversion in international markets. Excellent negotiation and communication skills – both verbal and written. Strong technical understanding to analyze and explain client requirements. Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders. Proficiency in using CRM tools, Upwork, LinkedIn, email marketing platforms, and bidding portals. A proactive, target-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities. Nice to Have: Experience in AI-based or custom software solution selling. Knowledge of digital marketing strategies for B2B lead generation. Understanding of Agile/Scrum-based project delivery.
