Job Description

Description We are seeking candidates for the position of International BPOs Voice Processes in India. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional voice support to our international clients, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls for international clients. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via voice processes. Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Achieve individual and team targets for customer satisfaction and call handling. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and service delivery. Skills and Qualifications Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or other languages as required. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Familiarity with BPO processes and customer service standards. Basic computer skills and proficiency in using MS Office and CRM software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
