Department Education – Partner Success Job posted on Jun 04, 2025 Employment type Full-Time Role Overview: We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team at Acumen (Part of Sannam S4 group. The intern will play a key role in enhancing our digital presence and creating awareness about Study Abroad Opportunities in Japan. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute engaging content strategies for platforms like Instagram in the form of reels, shots, live sessions. The candidate should possess a strong understanding of how to strategically grow an Instagram channel through various content formats, including stories, posts, reels, and overall engagement tactics and stay up to date. Create high-quality visual content using Canva and other editing tools. Drive awareness campaigns to promote Japan as a top study-abroad destination. The candidate will take ownership of initiatives while receiving guidance and support from the Director and the broader team. Analyze campaign performance using social media insights and suggest improvements. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas aligned with youth trends. Ensure timely publishing of posts and maintain a content calendar. Assist in planning and executing influencer or micro-influencer collaborations when necessary. Actively engage with followers, respond to queries, and build community engagement. Comfortable working in a hybrid model – occasional in-office presence required. Requirements: The candidate should be proficient in both content writing and visual content creation. Creativity is a key requirement for this role, with the ability to ideate and execute engaging campaigns. Prior experience or strong interest in social media marketing (especially Instagram). Proficiency in Canva and other basic photo/video editing apps. Excellent understanding of Instagram trends, audience behavior, and engagement techniques.
