Job Description

Job Title: Interior Site Supervisor (Residential & Commercial Spaces) Location: Pune Job Type: Full-time Job Overview:As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing interior design projects from start to finish. You will ensure that the work on-site adheres to project specifications, design plans, timelines, and quality standards. You will also liaise with the design team, contractors, and clients to ensure effective communication and efficient project completion. Key Responsibilities: Supervise the day-to-day operations of residential and commercial interior design projects. Ensure work on-site is carried out in accordance with the design plan, project timelines, and budget. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure the project meets high standards. Monitor project progress and report any issues, delays, or discrepancies to the project manager. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment on-site. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and the design team to ensure project requirements are met. Assist in resolving on-site challenges and provide solutions for any issues that arise. Maintain detailed site records, including daily reports, material usage, and labor costs. Ensure all permits, licenses, and approvals are in place and up to date. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Experience working on high-end residential or commercial projects. Familiarity with design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) Location- Pune
