Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Fitout Project Coordinator located in Hyderabad. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning and overseeing interior fitout projects from inception to completion. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients, vendors, and subcontractors, managing project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to design specifications, and maintaining project documentation. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to address and resolve any project-related issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Project Management, Time Management, and Budgeting skills
• Experience in Client Coordination, Vendor Management, and Contract Negotiation
• Knowledge of Interior Design Principles and Fitout Specifications
• Strong Organizational and Documentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
• Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or related field
