Requirements & Responsibilities

• 10–12 years of experience in interior architecture and a proven track record of award-winning projects.
• Lead and manage 6+ high-end projects across typologies like public spaces, hospitality, residential, institutional, and commercial spaces.
• Provide end-to-end design direction and translate the Design Ideator’s vision into high-quality spatial outcomes.
• Mentor a team of 8–10 designers, driving technical excellence and creative thinking.
• Build strong client and vendor relationships while resolving project challenges effectively.
• Strong conceptual skills, FFE design sensibility, and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite, etc.

Design Typologies Experience

Demonstrated experience in designing and executing projects across multiple typologies:

Public Spaces, Hospitality Spaces, Residential Spaces, Institutional Buildings, Entertainment Venues, Commercial and Retail Spaces

Scope of Work

• Lead concept-to-completion execution across multiple interior architecture projects.
• Drive team development and manage internal processes.
• Engage in all phases of client and stakeholder interaction.
• Represent the studio in a leadership role and ensure design and delivery excellence.
