Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Life Insurance Manager to lead our insurance operations, drive sales growth, and ensure regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will oversee a team of insurance agents, develop strategic sales plans, and maintain high standards of customer service. - Sales Strategy and Leadership: - Develop and implement life insurance sales strategies to meet targets - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of insurance agents - Conduct training sessions and workshops for team members - Operations and Compliance: - Ensure compliance with regulatory laws and company policies - Oversee insurance policy management and claims handling - Analyze and mitigate potential risks associated with insurance policies - Customer Relationship Management: - Maintain and build client relationships to drive customer satisfaction - Provide expert advice and tailored insurance solutions to clients - Data Analysis and Reporting: - Analyze sales metrics and performance to inform business strategy - Prepare and present reports on insurance activities and performance to senior management
