We are seeking an Inside Sales Trainee to support our sales team and gain hands-on experience in the sales process. As an Inside Sales Trainee, you will work closely with our sales representatives to learn about prospecting, lead qualification, and building relationships with potential customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop a solid foundation in sales, while being part of an innovative, high-energy team. Key Responsibilities: Generate and qualify leads through strategic outreach. Manage end-to-end sales cycle till deal closure. Conduct client demos and present value-driven solutions. Maintain accurate CRM data and sales reports. Lead and monitor performance of the sales team. Train team on product knowledge and sales techniques. Track market trends and competitor activities. Coordinate with product and marketing teams for alignment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 7+ cgpa 75% or above aggregate marks in academics.
