Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for an Inside Sales Team Lead. The Inside Sales Team Lead will oversee the daily operations of the inside sales team, focusing on lead generation and customer service. Responsibilities include managing and leading the team, tracking sales metrics, developing strategies to improve sales performance, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also involves mentoring team members and consistently meeting sales targets. Qualifications Proven experience in Inside Sales preferably in edtech Strong Customer Service skills Effective Team Management and Leadership skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work on-site in Kochi Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
