Inside Sales Representative

Job Title: Inside Sales Representative Location: Pune Job Type: Full-time Department: Sales Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing sales over the phone, email, and online channels. This role involves working closely with marketing and field sales to ensure a smooth and effective customer journey. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries to generate and qualify leads Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services Prepare quotations from CRM as per client needs Build strong relationships with prospects and customers through consistent follow-up Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline progress in CRM Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Coordinate with marketing to follow up on campaign-generated leads Collaborate with field sales or account executives when appropriate to close larger deals Provide feedback on market trends, customer objections, and product improvements Qualifications: Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Comfortable making dozens of calls per day and communicating via email/chat Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections effectively Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM tools and productivity software Self-motivated and goal-oriented Bachelors degree or diploma preferred Preferred Skills: Prior experience in building material or manufacturing industry Bilingual abilities are a plus Experience 3 to 5 Years Please contact Girish Huddar at 9421168467 e-mail girish.vijayamgmt@gmail.com
