Key Responsibilities: Engage with inbound and outbound leads to convert them into qualified opportunities. Conduct product demos to potential clients, showcasing value proposition. Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to support client acquisition. Follow up on sales inquiries via email, phone, or video calls. Maintain a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction through regular follow-ups. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in SaaS, recruitment, or HRTech. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to understand client pain points and position Gigin.ai as the solution. Strong organizational and CRM management skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Nice to Have: Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment. Familiarity with recruitment workflows or HRTech platforms.
