No of positions: Multiple

Exp: 3- 7 years

Education: Any Graduate.

Work timings: Rotational Shifts / Night Shifts / (Flexile as per requirement)

Kolkata/ Indore /Jaipur/Surat / Lucknow/ Mohali/Chandigarh/ Dehradun/Pune/Mumbai/Bhubaneswar

No of days working: 5 Days Working. 2 Days Rotational Off.

Currently Work from Home.


Required Skills

Inside Sales, Business development and Lead Generation.

Other Skills:

  • Excellent communication & presentation skills in both verbal and written English
  • Should have worked for the last two years in International markets
  • Must have experience in cold calling, lead generation and business development.
  • Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day
  • Good skills in Word, Basic Excel, Basic knowledge of Social Media Accounts - Linkedin,FB,Twitter etc
  • Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close.


Job description / Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Sales and Business Development of Saas / IT/ Non -IT Products
  • Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Qualifying the leads, processing the leads by cold calling, email campaign, converting the leads into opportunities.
  • Database building and sorting. Follow up of all the old leads.
  • Sales person who has sold sales in the areas of NO LESS than four figures in the past. Must have engaged in selling high ticket items has a proven history of selling through a sales system NOT a cold calling system.
  • Generating Leads Leveraging Outbound Channels Like Phone, Email, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Mailerlite, Lusha, Etc.
  • Sourcing And Refining Of B2B Database Using Directories, Association Membership Lists, And Of The Database As Available In The Public Domain Directories
  • Creating And Maintaining A List/Database Of Prospect Clients
  • Research Accounts And Identify The Right Point Of Contact For Outreach.
  • Making Cold Calls To The Prospect (C-Level Executives/V.P. Level/Director Level) And Educating Them About The Services/Products And The Corresponding Value Proposition.
  • Document All Call Information According To Standard Operating Procedures
  • Creating Collaterals Including Email Content, Email Templates, LinkedIn Messaging, Etc.
  • Tracking And Reporting Of Lead Generation/Sales Activities In The Respective CRM ( Salesforce, MS Dynamics 365, Zoho, Etc)
