Responsibilities Manage the escalated service calls. Deployment of domestic and international SBI project implementations for routers, switches, firewalls etc. Handle customer issues related to security, routing, and switching devices. Raise or execution of change requests. Troubleshooting in live scenarios on protocols (static routing, OSPF, BGP, MPLS) with security devices includes VPNs, F5, and RadWare with third-party setup integrations. Monitored daily operations and ensured compliance with company policies, and regulations. Reviewed employee performance and provided ongoing feedback, coaching, and support to drive performance improvement.
