- Building strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and technical teams.

- Keeping abreast of current market trends and in-demand tech skills.

🌟 What We’re Looking For:

- 1–5 years of IT Recruitment experience.

- Proficiency in job portals like Naukri, Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- For US IT Recruiters: Willingness to work night shifts and familiarity with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).

- A proactive attitude with a focus on quick and efficient role closures.
