Diagnose and resolve basic to moderate technical issues related to hardware, software, connectivity, or service setup. Walk customers through step-by-step solutions using scripts, knowledge bases, or personal expertise. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to Level 2/3 technical teams as needed. Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system. Stay updated on product knowledge, technical procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines. Meet individual and team performance metrics including First Call Resolution (FCR), Average Handling Time (AHT), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores. Requirements: Language: Excellent English communication (both spoken and written).
