Customer Service Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls, chats, or emails professionally

  • Resolve customer queries efficiently and accurately

  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers

  • Follow up to ensure issues are resolved

  • Update customer information accurately in the system

  • Adhere to company policies and processes

Requirements:

  • HSC or Graduate (Freshers & Experienced welcome)

  • Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Regional languages as required)

  • Basic computer & typing skills

  • Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts and also day shifts available 

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude
