Hiring for the position of Implementation Executives
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the deployment and execution of our technology solutions at various Government offices in and around Bhubaneswar.
• Deploy and configure company solutions at assigned Government client locations.
• Coordinate with the internal team for setup, issue resolution, and support.
• Maintain accurate records and generate periodic reports using MS Excel.
• Act as the point of contact for client queries and ensure prompt resolution.
• Train users on basic system functionalities and usage guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with data handling protocols and client policies.
Required Qualifications:
• B.Tech (All branches except Mechanical and Electrical), MCA, or B.Sc. IT
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations
• Willingness to be deployed at different client locations within Bhubaneswar
• Ability to work independently and handle client-facing responsibilities
