We're Hiring: HR Manager

About the Role

HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Manage employee engagement and grievance handling
Oversee payroll, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Bonus, etc.)
Drive performance management and coordinate training programs
Maintain accurate HR MIS and ensure policy adherence
Act as an HR business partner to business/branch heads

candidate will have strong experience in HR operations, compliance, employee engagement, and recruitment—ideally within the automobile or manufacturing sectors

What We’re Looking For

5–10 years of HR experience (automobile/manufacturing preferred)
MBA/PGDM in HR or related discipline
Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HRMS tools
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation & communication skills
Ability to lead a small HR team and work across multiple branches
