Role Description

This is a full-time Hybrid role for a Human Resources Manager located in Chattarpur, Delhi. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR department, managing recruitment processes, developing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Key responsibilities include talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and staff development. The HR Manager will also handle employee grievances, conduct training sessions, and work on enhancing workplace culture.
