At N53 Techworks LLP , we’re growing fast and looking for an HR Operations Lead to bring structure, speed, and professionalism to our hiring and onboarding processes. If you’re organised, people-driven, and enjoy managing the behind-the-scenes of recruitment and employee onboarding, this could be a great next step in your HR journey. Your Role Manage coordination across multiple hiring workflows Liaise with internal teams and external candidates for smooth interview and joining experiences Track and maintain documentation, offer rollouts, and compliance checks Build and maintain trackers, reports, and onboarding processes Help us create a scalable, professional HR operations backbone What You Bring 3–5 years of experience in HR coordination or operations Strong communication, follow-through, and documentation skills Hands-on with Google Sheets, email coordination, and digital documentation Experience with ATS or HR tools (Zoho People, Keka, etc.) is a bonus Ability to manage parallel hiring cycles and candidate journeys What You’ll Get Opportunity to grow with a nimble, high-trust team Work on meaningful operational challenges in a scaling environment Flexibility, autonomy, and clear ownership Competitive compensation Show more Show less
