Are you passionate about human resources and looking to kickstart your career in the field? Suyog Electricals Limited is seeking a dynamic HR intern who is fluent in English, knowledgeable in labour laws, salary structures, recruitment, and proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assisting with onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions.
Managing employee records and updating HR databases.
Assisting with payroll processing and maintaining accurate records.
Assisting with employee relations and performance management processes.
Providing administrative support to the HR department as needed.
