About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR intern to join our team in Mumbai. This is a full-time, paid internship opportunity ideal for recent graduates or final-year students who are passionate about Human Resources and looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting. Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews Support HR operations such as documentation, onboarding, and maintaining employee records Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal communications Assist in tracking HR metrics and preparing reports Work closely with the HR team on day-to-day administrative tasks About Company: Envint is a sustainability, climate change & ESG services firm, founded with the purpose of shaping a more liveable planet for the coming generations.
