HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities

• Employee Lifecycle Management:

• Manage onboarding, confirmations, transfers, exits, and everything in between with accuracy and empathy.

• HR Operations & Compliance:

• Maintain employee records, ensure HR systems are up to date, and stay compliant with labor laws and statutory requirements.

• Performance & Engagement Support:

• Assist in driving performance review cycles, employee engagement activities, and internal communication.

• Policy Implementation:

• Support the rollout and reinforcement of company policies, ensuring alignment with company culture and business needs.

• Grievance Handling & Support:

• Act as a trustworthy first point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring timely resolution in line with organizational values.

• Recruitment Coordination:

• Partner with talent acquisition teams to streamline interview processes, offer roll-outs, and new joiner integrations.

• HR Data & Reporting:

• Track and analyze HR metrics (like attrition, engagement scores, etc.) and generate actionable insights for leadership.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a fast-paced or growth-stage environment
• Solid understanding of HR processes, policies, and labor regulations
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and HR tools (e.g., Zoho, Darwinbox, SAP SuccessFactors)
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
• Empathy, discretion, and a people-first mindset
