Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in New Town, Kolkata. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and closing positions within deadlines.
• Coordinate onboarding & induction programs for new hires.
• Assist in policy implementation and HR process documentation.
• Maintain HR records, employee databases, and documentation with accuracy.
• Handle attendance & leave management.
• Plan and execute internal activities, celebrations, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support day-to-day HR operations and address employee queries.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR management and administration
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Experience:

  1 year preferred (Freshers with strong internships may apply)
