Role Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure compliance with local, state, and central labor laws and employment regulations.
• Maintain and update statutory records such as PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Minimum Wages, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.
• Coordinate with external agencies for audits and inspections (labor, PF, ESIC, etc.).
• Conduct internal HR audits and recommend corrective measures.
• Draft, implement, and regularly update HR policies in line with legal changes.
• Liaise with legal counsel and government bodies on compliance-related matters.
• Ensure employee contracts and HR documents are compliant with applicable laws.
• Maintain documentation related to disciplinary actions, investigations, and compliance training.
• Conduct awareness programs and training sessions for staff on company policies, workplace ethics, and regulatory obligations.
• Assist in handling employee grievances related to non-compliance or unfair practices.
• Stay updated on labor law amendments and communicate key changes to the HR team and management.
