Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Human Resources Business Partner. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Additionally, the HR Business Partner will be involved in performance management processes and provide strategic HR support to various departments.
