HR & Admin Coordinator


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle onboarding and exit formalities professionally
  • Maintain employee documentation and HR records
  • Escalate employee concerns appropriately and confidentially
  • Coordinate with payroll consultants for monthly salary processing
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of data for PF, ESIC, and compliance
  • Track leave, attendance, and basic HR metrics
  • Keep management proactively informed of key people and process updates


Requirements:

  • 2–5 years’ experience in HR admin or coordination
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • High level of maturity, discretion, and common sense
  • Ability to manage deadlines and follow through independently
  • Experience in hospitality is a plus, but not mandatory
