We're Hiring | HR Specialist – Operations & Recruitment Support

We’re on the lookout for an HR Specialist who’s ready to take charge of HR operations and play a supporting role in recruitment processes.

📌 What you’ll be doing:

✅ Owning the employee lifecycle – onboarding to offboarding

✅ Ensuring accurate HR documentation & compliance

✅ Supporting payroll & benefits processes

✅ Coordinating with teams to deliver a seamless employee experience

✅ Assisting recruitment with scheduling, follow-ups & candidate coordination

👤 What we’re looking for:

✔ 2–4 years of experience in HR operations

✔ Hands-on with HRIS tools (Zoho preferred) and HR policies

✔ Basic understanding of recruitment workflows

✔ Excellent organizational & communication skills

✔ A people-first mindset!

📍 Location: Gurgaon
