HR Recruiter

We are looking to add talents to our team for the role of HR Executive.

You must have great communication skills. And an experience of 1-2 years in recruitment.

• Calling, Messaging, Interacting the candidates for screening and shortlisting resumes, taking telephonic screening interviews, etc.
• Preparation of Daily, Weekly, Monthly MIS Reports of Hiring status.
• Maintaining Attendance Excel Spreadsheet with proper documentation and leave records.
• Managing end to end recruitment and selection process.
• Coordination with the Development Team and Management with respect to interviews, joining, etc.
• Strong Follow up & negotiation with the candidates till the candidate gets hired
• HR activities related to Employee Workforce Management & Documentation
• Other HR & Administration activities related to Workplace & office general upkeep, etc.
• To work for the betterment of office and act as a liaison between the management and employees.

Skills Requirements for this profile:

• Good Communication Skills (Written, Writing and Oral)
• Education Qualification :- Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA
• Experience Required :- Minimum 1-2 Years of Experience in IT Recruitment & HRM Role

Job Location :- IT Park (Chandigarh)

Work Timing :- 9:30AM - 6:30PM
