HR Recruiter

We're looking for a motivated and skilled HR Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle, from identifying talent to extending offers, ensuring we attract and hire the best candidates to support our company's growth. Responsibilities

•Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

•Source and attract candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.

•Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

•Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

•Conduct reference checks and background checks as needed.

•Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

i.e. BBA in (HR) or MBA in (HR)

Experience: Fresher’s

0 to 6 months of proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
