Finding and contacting potential candidates: Use a variety of methods to find potential candidates, such as searching and networking. Screening candidates: Review resumes, cover letters, and applications to shortlist potential candidates. Onboarding: Help with the onboarding process for new hires. Building a candidate database: Maintain a database of candidates and those who have left the organization.
