Position: HR Executive Location: Sec-17 Chd or Phase 11, Mohali Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (6 Days a Week) Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Junior HR Executive to join our HR team. The primary focus of this role will be recruitment, assisting with various HR functions, and supporting the HR department in daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment process including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews. Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment. Maintain and update candidate databases. Assist in employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth induction process for new hires. Handle basic employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general HR procedures. Prepare and maintain HR-related documents and reports. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR events. Support other HR functions as required. Skills and Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of HR processes and recruitment is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
