Job Title: HR Recruiter Location: Delhi NCR Experience: 1–5 years Job Description: We are looking for a seasoned HR Recruiter to join our growing restaurant chain. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment within the restaurant or hospitality industry and will play a key role in hiring top talent across various roles and locations. Key Responsibilities: Source candidates through multiple channels (portals, social media, referrals) Conduct screening, interviews, and coordinate final selection Maintain recruitment reports and talent pipeline Support bulk and urgent hiring needs across outlets Requirements: 1–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality sector Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools Excellent communication and coordination skills Ability to manage high-volume hiring and work in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Experience: Recruiting: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
