Job Description

Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: Zirakpur
Experience: 1-5 Years
Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000/month

Key Responsibilities:

Job Posting: Draft and publish job ads on portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn).
Sourcing Candidates: Search candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.
Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes and conduct initial screenings.
Scheduling Interviews: Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Conducting Interviews: Conduct first-round HR interviews to assess fit.
Database Maintenance: Update candidate records and recruitment tracker sheets.
Follow-ups: Regular follow-ups with candidates for feedback and documentation.
Offer & Onboarding: Draft offer letters, negotiate terms, and facilitate smooth onboarding.
Reporting: Prepare reports on hiring progress and metrics.
Employer Branding (Optional): Assist with HR campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn.
