Hr Recruiter only for girls ( Freshers Hiring )

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter (Fresher) to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will assist in the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and effective hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals)
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain and update the candidate database
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting jobs
• Follow up with candidates and provide feedback
• Support HR team in day-to-day operations and other administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Willingness to learn and grow within the HR field

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

• Internship experience in HR or recruitment
