Job Description

What You’ll Do Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews Write engaging job descriptions and post them across job boards and social platforms Conduct HR interviews and initial screening rounds Build a strong candidate pipeline for sales, marketing, and tech roles Maintain candidate database and track hiring metrics Coordinate onboarding and handover to internal teams Assist in creating HR policies and improving team engagement initiatives What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience in IT/Non-IT recruitment Hands-on with platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other hiring portals Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment Organized, self-driven, and good at follow-ups Nice to Have Experience hiring for remote roles (Sales/BDRs, Social Media, Designers, Tech) Basic understanding of startup or agency environments Interest in building a positive and scalable HR culture Perks Flexible working hours Work-from-home setup Young and collaborative team Opportunity to grow with the company Ready to join a team that’s building something exciting?
