Our team is passionate about innovation, collaboration, and delivering impact at scale. Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment/HR Executive to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, helping build strong, diverse teams while also contributing to core HR functions like onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for technical and non-technical roles. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop hiring strategies. Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and source candidates. Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Conduct preliminary HR interviews and coordinate further rounds with internal stakeholders. Ensure timely communication and a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process. HR Operations & Support: Support onboarding activities including documentation, induction, and coordination with IT/Admin teams. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations, preferably in consulting sectors. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
