Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team at the Head Office in Cochin. This role is critical in driving the recruitment process for our branch locations across the region. The primary focus of the HR Recruiter will be sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews to ensure that we attract and select the best talent for our diverse and expanding workforce. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping us meet our staffing needs while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing: Proactively identify and source qualified candidates for multiple positions across our branch locations through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc.).
  • Screening: Review and screen resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the positions. Conduct initial phone or video screenings to further evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers across all branch locations. Ensure timely communication and smooth logistics for all parties involved.
  • Candidate Engagement: Maintain consistent and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the hiring managers and HR team to understand job requirements, job descriptions, and the specific needs of each branch location.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of candidate information, interview notes, and recruitment activities in our HR management system.
  • Talent Pool Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs across all branch locations.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive hiring practices, and talent pools to keep recruitment strategies fresh and effective.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with any administrative tasks related to recruitment, including job postings, offer letters, and other HR-related documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR field.
  • Proven ability to source candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to engage candidates effectively.
  • Experience in screening resumes and conducting interviews.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
  • Knowledge of HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the local job market and labor laws is an advantage.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
