Job descriptionJob Title: HR Operations Location: Kochi (Work from Office) Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 5 to 8 Years Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled HR Operations professional to manage core HR functions such as payroll, vendor coordination, policy creation, compensation & benefits, legal compliance, and performance appraisals. Strong MS Excel skills and excellent communication are essential.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end HR operations efficientlyHandle payroll and resolve related issuesCoordinate with external vendorsDevelop and implement HR policiesAdminister compensation and benefits programsEnsure compliance with labor lawsSupport performance appraisal processesAnalyze HR metrics and prepare reports using ExcelCollaborate with internal teams to resolve HR issuesFoster a positive employee experienceRequirements:5–8 years of experience in HR operationsProficiency in payroll, vendor coordination & policy creationStrong knowledge of compensation, compliance, and appraisalsAdvanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)Excellent communication & problem-solving skillsBachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fieldMBA/PGDM in HR preferred
