Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and people-oriented HR Manager to lead and manage our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy development, and compliance. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for building a strong workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process Maintain employee records and manage onboarding and exit processes Handle performance appraisal systems and employee feedback Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and internal policies Resolve employee grievances and conflicts professionally Foster a positive work culture, team engagement, and motivation Coordinate training and development programs Manage payroll, attendance, and employee benefits administration Prepare reports and analytics related to HR metrics
